The design of the new BMW 3-series Touring estate has been revealed via patent renderings at Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property site.

 

The all-new BMW 3-series sedan has officially been unveiled at the Paris motor show. The estate version is expected to go into production in September 2019, as model year 2020 (MY20).

The sedan, measuring 4709mm long, 1827mm wide and 1442mm tall, the car is larger in every dimension than the model it replaces. Thanks to the increased wheelbase and front and rear track the interior is roomier than before. Among highlights are reduced weight, more fuel efficient engines, and LED headlights as standard.
